Juliet's mother ("Wife") wants to marry Juliet to Paris. The relationship between Juliet and her nurse is very close; this is not the one between Juliet and her mother.

Nurse: God mark [A] to his grace! [B] wast the prettiest babe that e'er I nurs'd. An I might live to see [C] married once, I have my wish.
Wife: Marry, that 'marry' is the very theme I came to talk of. Tell me, daughter Juliet, How stands [D] disposition to be married?
Juliet: It is an honour that I dream not of.
Nurse: An honour? Were not I [E]only nurse, I would say [F] hadst suck'd wisdom from [G]teat.
Wife: Well, think of marriage now. Younger than [H], Here in Verona, ladies of esteem, Are made already mothers. By my count, I was [I] mother much upon these years That [J] are now a maid.
